My 4-session course provides foundation techniques to use to stop stress levels reaching the point of complete overwhelm.
The techniques I’ll teach you over the four sessions will provide methods for lowering distress whenever the need arises and ways to build resilience levels to assist you in living with with whatever negativity or distress is going on in your life.
Course detail
This ‘Self-help for inner peace’ course will be helpful to you if…
- Something is worrying you that you can’t get out of your mind, causing anxiety about the future or bringing up regret about the past?
- You’re angry about something, or irritable a lot of the time
- You’re experiencing work related anxiety
- You feel low in mood generally and can’t really put your finger on why
- You’re experiencing emotional distress caused by a serious illness
- You’re concerned about burn-out from being a carer for an adult or a child
- You just want to learn about resources to help you connect with inner stillness and peace
Course content
The sessions will run over a four month period (to give you time to put what you learn into practice in between sessions). Course content includes:
- 4 x 90 minutes sessions delivered on Zoom
- 2 x 30 minute personalised sessions one-to-one (1 before and 1 after the end of the course)
- Bespoke recordings made for you, to work with in-between sessions.
- Further wellbeing enhancing materials made available online
- Access to a private group, if you choose to join, where ongoing tips and further reading will be shared.
