Two-day retreat

Do you find yourself craving more authentic and longer lasting happiness? Do you think you’d benefit from some ‘down time’, out of kindness to yourself, to calm and revive you? This two-day retreat could be just the ticket to what it is you need to help you connect more deeply with yourself and what it is you really need.

Your retreat will involve a mixture of one-to-one therapy-based sessions with Susan and reflective activities at the woodland exploring nature connection techniques for enhancing wellbeing.

On day one we’ll focus on nature connection experiences to effect relaxation, emotional restoration and rebalancing and you will have opportunity to engage with practical or reflective activities, or a mixture of both, designed to enhance your sense of wellbeing.

On day two we’ll focus on your particular therapeutic needs, using techniques based in mindfulness and clinical-hypnotherapy. Whether boosting of self-esteem or overcoming a fear or phobia, or helping you build inner confidence and resilience with the challenges you face at home or at work, the day will be geared to helping you improve your life experience

The two-day retreat includes:
5 x 60 min therapy sessions (worth £400)
Accommodation for 1 night
Refreshments and meals provided during your stay. There can be optional add-ons for support once you return home, the need for which we can discuss before or during your stay.
